Terms and Agreements

RATES:

Monthly charge varies depending on Location. 

 Up to 100 gallons of trash per week. 

Additional charge for additional 100 gallons.

Pick up every Week, even on Holidays!

If you have any extra trash, you will be charged accordingly by Gallons.


BAGGED AND TIED:

All trash needs to be BAGGED and all bags need to be TIED. Each bag should NOT exceed 20lbs. No loose items will be picked up to avoid littering fees.


TRASH OUT BEFORE 7AM:

On your scheduled pick up day, please bring out trash before 7 am or to be safe, the night prior to ensure your trash doesn’t get missed. No guarantee on what time they will come by due to customers constantly being added and deleted from the Route so your time and place of pick up varies.


CURBSIDE PICK-UP:

You need to have trash by the road side for pick up convenience. 


HOLIDAYS:

Regular pick up schedule on Holidays. If we do take off, we will send a notice in advance. So please have your emails and phone number up to date so we are able to notify you of any changes.


Make sure your house address is visible.


DO NOT DISPOSE:

Will not dispose TV’s, tires, hazardous material such as paints, solvents, large items such as furniture or appliances. No metal or construction waste.


RECYCLING:

Aluminum Cans and plastic bottles shall be placed in separate bags. 

We do NOT recycle Wine bottles, glass bottles or cardboard. Please breakdown all cardboard boxes and have them bagged.


SPECIAL PICK-UPS:

We do provide other services to where you can schedule with us to remove large bulky items, furniture, appliances... etc. you can call us directly to have this scheduled. We also have roll off bins available for rental.


SAFETY FIRST:

Please have your dogs tied up and secured. We will not risk our safety to pick up your trash if they are loose.


If you’d like to sign up, I will need the following info:


- Full name

- Phone number

- Mailing address

- Physical address of the trash pick up location

- Need credit card info for automatic payment that will be ran on the 4th of every month. Credit card payment is the only payment we accept. Credit card info will be encrypted and your sensitive info will be secured in our system. If you have any other questions, please don’t hesitate to call. 


To setup auto pay we need:

-Credit Card number

-Expiration date

-CCV code

-Email address


PAY ON TIME:

*Please note, payment needs to be made before the 15th of each month for any reason your card gets declined. 

Payment must be made or your service will be suspended until balance is paid in full.


CONTRACT:

There will be no contracts. You are able to cancel service at any time or move your service to a different address.
